[ Bilingual Sales Coordinator (Inside Sales Support) ]

Job Duties:

  • Assists MSI sales team in all aspects of sales activities
  • Responds to all inquiries and requests from internal sales team and customers in a timely and professional manner
  • Expedites all sales-related paperwork as well as arrangements in shipment
  • Generates and prepares weekly customer inventory/sell-out reports
  • Processes customer purchase orders and credit claims
  • Performs other job duties as manager assigns

Qualifications:
  • Fully bilingual in French and English

[ Account Manager – DMR, VAR and Distribution ]
Location: Markham, ON, Canada


Job Duties:

  • Account Manager will Develop, manage, plan, and grow sales of MSI products (Complete system including Desktop, Laptop and All in one.) in DMR, VAR and Distribution channels. This position will focus on increasing/expanding sales opportunities with existing customers, as well as full responsibility of development, implementation and execution of programs to achieve assigned business goals. He/she will also need to develop strong relationship with purchasing team, product managers, Sales Team, and resellers’ large end-customers
  • Implement, execute and articulate vision and direction of MSI into resellers channel
  • Create a customer centric vision for MSI products and translates into business results
  • Manage marketing plan, budget, campaign and all related activities
  • Manage and grow sales of MSI Products in reseller channels
  • DMR, VAR and Distributor Sales Training
  • Attend Trade Show Events
  • Ability to present MSI produc

[ Graphic Designer ]
Location: Markham, ON, Canada
Type: Full-Time employee
Starting Date: January 1st, 2026


Responsibilities:

  • Design projects within established brand standards for print and digital media.
  • Leads different types of design projects from ideation through to completion.
  • Design original works, including digital artworks and offline prints, for example, illustrations, photo-editor, mock-ups, website banners, email marketing campaigns, social posts, off-line product flyers, in-store banners, signage, x-banners, posters, table stand cards, backdrop, lightbox, event prints etc.
  • Create and edit product images to optimize for web and mobile platforms
  • Collaborate with the marketing and e-commerce teams to develop and execute creative marketing campaigns
  • Responsible for design from concept to completion, including developing fresh, original and impactful concepts; ensuring a consistent, coherent and powerful brand experience that is relevant to the brand's target audience; defining brand personality and maintaining a consistent visual/verbal identity.
  • Contribute to various additional projects as assigned and respond to the creative needs of the business while turning around quality design files within tight timelines.
  • Manage and maintains brand consistency across all projects.
  • Collaborates with Sales team to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Stays current on industry developments, tools, techniques, and aesthetics.

Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of experience as a graphic designer working with multiple, complex design projects both digital and traditional media, including banner design, print media, email marketing…
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign…)
  • Proven experience as Graphic Designer in a marketing or sponsorships related role preferred but not required
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce design and marketing principles
  • Web design and packaging design experience is a plus
  • Strong aesthetic skills with the ability to work across multiple colors, fonts, layouts, and brand guidelines
  • Attention to detail and strong time management skills.
  • Experience with e-commerce platforms, email marketing, and social media
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced start-up environment while managing multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.

  • Graduate of an accredited Graphic Design program considered an asset.
