[ Product Manager ]
Location: Markham, ON, Canada
  
Job Duties:

  • Plan, direct and evaluate the operations of establishments engaged in wholesale and retail sales or of departments in such establishments
  • Study market research and trends to determine consumer demand, potential sales volumes and effect of competitors' operations on sales
  • Determine merchandise and services to be sold, and implement price and credit policies
  • Source and negotiate with vendors when necessary to procure merchandise for resale
  • Plan budgets, authorize expenditures, and monitor revenues
  • Evaluate and improve customer service and respond to customer requests and issues
  • Experience in gaming areas and/or in parts laptop sales organization.

    [ Sales Coordinator (Inside Sales Support) ]
    Location: Markham, ON, Canada
      
    Job Duties:
    • Assists MSI sales team in all aspects of sales activities
    • Responds to all inquiries and requests from internal sales team and customers in a timely and professional manner
    • Expedites all sales related paperwork as well as arrangements in shipment      
    • Generates and prepares weekly customer inventory/sell-out reports
    • Processes customer purchase orders and credit claims
    • Performs other job duties as manager assigns
     
    Qualifications:
    • 1 year+ sales related work experience in IT distributor or resellers preferred
    • Excellent communication, analytical, and conflict resolution ability
    • Extensive knowledge in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
    • Proactive, team work, and self-motivated

    [ Account Manager - Distribution ]
    Location: Markham, ON, Canada
      
    Job Duties:
    • Distribution Account Manager will Develop, manage, plan, and grow sales of MSI products (motherboard, video card, Gaming Monitor, etc.) in distribution channel. This position will focus on increasing/expanding sales opportunities with existing customers, as well as full responsibility of development, implementation and execution of programs to achieve assigned business goals. He/she will also need to develop strong relationship with distributor Product Manager, Sales Team, and distributor’s large resellers.
    • Implement, execute and articulate vision and direction of MSI into distribution channel
    • Create a customer centric vision for MSI products and translates into business results
    • Manage distribution marketing plan, budget, campaign and all related activities
    • Manage and grow sales of MSI Products in distribution channel
    • Coordinates and arranges weekly or monthly scheduled meetings
    • Distributor Sales Training
    • Attend Trade Show Events
    • Ability to present MSI product(s)
    • Respond to all inquiries and requests from distribution partners in a timely and professional manner
    • Plan and develop programs that make effective use to drive the MSI brand and sales results
    • Collaborate with marketing teams to ensure full communication mix (promotions, PR, events, training, etc.) that supports the business goals.
    • Influence and drive company's product messaging, positioning and the market development strategy, as well as define objectives in revenue and market share growth in distribution channel
    • Monitor weekly sales and inventory report
    • Competition Analysis: Track competition activities; ask detailed questions to better understand the competition’s market share, top selling models.
    • Promote new product and sell-in into distribution channel
    • Maintain good attendance and punctuality
    • Perform other job duties as manager assigned

    Qualifications:
    • Extensive knowledge of the distribution PC market is required
    • At least 4+ years sales experience of direct or distribution channels sells
    • Excellent communication, strong quantitative, analytical, and conflict resolution ability
    • Demonstrate skills and experience in developing, implementing, planning, and managing processes
    • Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel and PowerPoint
    • Clear ability to multi-task, learn and leverage a variety of applications.
    • Proactive, aggressive, team work, and self-motivated
    • Confident doing presentation and speaking in front of large groups and/or senior management
    • Result and detail oriented
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and French
    • Travel approximately 35%

    Location: Markham, ON, Canada

    Job Duties:
    • Account Manager will Develop, manage, plan, and grow sales of MSI products (motherboard, video card, Gaming Monitor, etc.) in IT Reseller channel. This position will focus on increasing/expanding sales opportunities with existing customers, as well as full responsibility of development, implementation and execution of programs to achieve assigned business goals. He/she will also need to develop strong relationship with purchasing team, product managers, Sales Team, and resellers’ large end-customers.
